What is blister packaging?

Blister packaging is vacuum formed plastic packaging.

During the vacuum forming process, a sheet of plastic is heated and stretched onto a single-surface mould, and forced against the mould by a vacuum.

The packaging shown below is blister card packaging. Generally speaking, batteries are mostly packaged in this form. The characteristic of the blister card packaging is that it needs to use a blister sealing machine to seal the product in. heat seal together. Moreover, most of the blisters are made of PVC. Since the blisters are only pasted on the surface of the paper card, the packaged product should not be too heavy.

Notice:

1. Products that are easy to get dirty are not suitable for this kind of packaging;

2. When cutting holes on the bulb, pay attention to the neat edges;

3. The blister is made of PVC or PETG hard sheet.
